Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Crearts LLC (“One Meal”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use One Meal.

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information, and our Community Guidelines govern anything you publish. Both form part of these terms.

What One Meal does

One Meal builds dinner plans around the people in your household. You tell it who is eating, their dietary goals and their allergies; it suggests recipes, scales portions and produces a grocery list.

Recipes come from licensed providers and from other members. We may change or discontinue features, and we may add, remove or re-price plans.

One Meal is not a medical, nutritional or dietetic service. Nothing in the app is medical advice. Calorie and macronutrient figures are estimates supplied by recipe providers, and many recipes have none at all. Speak to a qualified professional before relying on the app for any health purpose.

Allergies and food safety

Read this before relying on allergy filtering

ONE MEAL'S ALLERGEN FILTERING IS AN AID, NOT A GUARANTEE. ALWAYS READ THE FULL INGREDIENT LIST OF ANY RECIPE, AND THE LABEL OF EVERY PRODUCT YOU BUY, BEFORE COOKING OR EATING.

If anyone in your household has a severe or life-threatening allergy, do not treat the app as a safety control.

Filtering can be incomplete for reasons we cannot eliminate:

You are responsible for verifying that what you cook is safe for the people eating it.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly at contact@creart-tech.com if you believe someone else has access. You are responsible for activity on your account.

One account per person. Give accurate information and keep it current. When you add other people to a household, you confirm you are entitled to provide their details — including a child's, as their parent or guardian.

Plans and billing

Plan Price Includes
Free $0 Meal planning and grocery lists for one person. Includes ads.
Pro $5.99 / month Community recipes, earning and withdrawing credits, no ads.
Premium $7.99 / month Everything in Pro, plus multi-member household planning.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any tax your jurisdiction adds. Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google through your app store account, not by us. We never see your card details.

The credits programme

Credits reward members whose recipes other people actually cook. These are the current rates. We may change them, and will give notice in the app before a change takes effect.

How you earn Credits Conditions
Someone cooks your recipe 5.5 Recipe must be published; your own use never earns; capped at 500 credited uses per recipe per month
Referral 25 Paid to you when the person you referred becomes a paying subscriber. Applied within 7 days of their sign-up
Subscription tenure 25 Once per month while you hold a paid plan

What credits are

Withdrawing credits

You can withdraw credits as money when all of the following are true:

Payouts are made by Stripe, which collects your identity and bank details directly and is subject to its own terms. We never receive your bank details. Stripe may refuse or delay a payout under its own rules, and its timing is outside our control.

Your balance is debited when a withdrawal is submitted. If the transfer fails, the credits are returned to your balance as a reversal entry.

Tax on amounts you withdraw

Amounts you withdraw may be taxable income where you live. You are solely responsible for determining what tax applies to you, and for reporting and paying it, including filing your own tax returns. We do not withhold tax from payouts and we do not provide tax advice; if you are unsure of your position, consult a qualified tax professional.

We may be required to report payments to tax authorities. Where the amount you withdraw reaches the threshold at which reporting is required, we or our payout processor may also be required to collect a taxpayer identification number — for most individuals in the United States, a Social Security number — before further payouts can be made. If that information is not provided when required, payouts may be paused until it is. See section 7 of the Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.

An account with a withdrawal in progress cannot be deleted until that withdrawal settles. The app will tell you if this applies.

Recipes you publish

You keep ownership of everything you publish. By publishing you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, display and distribute it in connection with One Meal — including showing it to other members and in promotion of the service.

You confirm that anything you publish:

Published recipes are public and appear with your display name and profile picture. Submissions may be reviewed before publication, and we may unpublish or hide anything that breaches these terms or the Community Guidelines.

If you delete your account, recipes you published may remain visible, attributed to a deleted account, because other members may have them in their meal plans. Ask us and we will remove them.

For copyright concerns, contact contact@creart-tech.com . We will review reports promptly.

Acceptable use

Do not:

Grocery prices

Grocery prices in the app are estimates for planning, not offers to sell. They come from retailer data that may be out of date, may not reflect your specific store, and may exclude tax, deposits, fees and promotions.

Where we cannot establish a price we say so rather than showing a guess, so a basket total may cover only part of your list. Package sizes mean the purchasable quantity is often more than a recipe requires. The price you pay at the register is set by the retailer, and we are not responsible for any difference.

We do not sell groceries and are not party to any purchase you make from a retailer.

Third-party services

One Meal relies on services we do not control — app store billing, payment and payout processing, recipe providers, grocery retailers and advertising. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or acts.

Recipes from third-party providers may require attribution, which the app displays. Do not remove it.

Suspension and closure

You can close your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, subject to section 7.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is engaged in fraud, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so we will give notice and an opportunity to put things right. On closure your right to use One Meal ends, unwithdrawn credits are forfeited, and sections 6, 8, 13, 14 and 15 survive.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of West Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law in your country provides otherwise. You and Crearts LLC agree that the state and federal courts located in West Virginia have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights.

Please contact us first at contact@creart-tech.com — most issues are resolved without formal proceedings.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and we will give notice in the app before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use One Meal afterwards means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, close your account.

These terms, with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, are the entire agreement between us. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
