Who this applies to

Anyone using a CreArts Technology LLC website, product, or service — visitors, clients, and anyone acting on their behalf.

Do not

• Break the law, or help someone else break it, using our systems.
• Access accounts, systems, or data you have not been authorized to access.
• Test, scan, or attack our infrastructure without written permission from us in advance.
• Send spam, phishing, malware, or deliberately deceptive content through our systems.
• Interfere with service for other users, including through automated load.
• Misrepresent your identity, or your relationship to CreArts, to gain access.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to.

Security research

We welcome reports of genuine vulnerabilities. Contact us before testing anything — see our security page for how to reach us and what we ask.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this policy, and we will cooperate with law enforcement where required. Where circumstances allow, we prefer to contact you first.

If you see misuse of a CreArts system, tell us through the contact form and include enough detail for us to investigate.
